Founded in 1972 as a masonry/framing contractor, GAST Construction has evolved to serve the needs of private property owners by becoming a custom builder, offering a professional building process and delivering a top-quality finished result, completed on-time and within-budget!

Although much of our work is building custom homes on the owner's lot, we also search throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area for choice lots that are suitable for the finely crafted homes we build. We then offer these lots and houses to our customers on a limited basis.
