So finally, in the mid-1980s, GAST Construction expanded its capabilities by creating a permanent commercial construction division specializing in light commercial buildings. Since then, we've completed office building, retail centers, automotive service buildings, boat maintenance shops for marina use, and more.

And of course this work also included all site work, lot clearing, grading, storm water management, parking lot construction and even the installation of underground tanks.
